We think that good advice includes precise information about the costs and fees involved:
Professional advice, drafting of agreements, etc. will be invoiced on the basis of our usual hourly rate or a flat-rate fee discussed and agreed in advance. Together with our fee-note, you will receive a detailed table of services rendered.
In court proceedings we will normally apply the German statutory scale of lawyers’ fees (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz). If requested, we will discuss the cost risk at any stage in the proceedings.
