The lawyers Mona Sadat Khonsari

Mona Sadat Khonsari studied law at the University of Hamburg and was a student assistant and, after her first state examination in 2019, a research assistant to Prof. Dr Brecht-Heitzmann.

During her subsequent legal traineeship, she worked, inter alia, in the Department for General International Law and International Humanitarian Law of the Federal Foreign Office and at the legal counselling service for refugees “European Lawyers in Lesvos” (Greece). Ms Sadat Khonsari also completed internships at the German Embassy in Tajikistan and at the non-governmental organisation “Media Legal Defence Initiative” (London).

After her second state examination in 2022, Ms Sadat Khonsari joined DAMM & MANN initially as a research assistant. She was admitted to the bar in November 2022.

Her practice focuses on media and copyright law.
