Stephanie Hartwig

Stephanie Hartwig studied law at the University of Hamburg, where she concentrated on communications, broadcasting and press law. While pursuing her studies, she interned with the Hans-Bredow-Institut für Medienforschung and was involved in particular in a project involving examination of the feasibility of new approaches to regulation of the media.

After law school, Stephanie Hartwig continued to pursue her specialization in the area of media law as she completed her legal training. Following a period with the “Intellectual Property” practice of the Hamburg offices of the Fieldfisher law firm, she interned with DAMM & MANN, where she also dealt with postal regulation issues and public procurement law. She passed her final law examinations in 2019 and immediately thereafter joined DAMM & MANN as a judicial clerk.

In May 2020, Stephanie Hartwig was admitted to the bar.

Her activities are currently concentrated in the area of public law, primarily postal regulation and public procurement.
